The Johnson Controls BM060-TK6 actuator functions effectively as a damper and valve actuator, designed without a spring return mechanism, utilizing an Enerdrive fail-safe system. The actuator has a peak torque rating of 5.6 Nm, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. It operates within a voltage range of 22-26 VAC or 28-32 VDC. Users can connect to the actuator using standard input voltage frequencies of 50/60 Hz.

With an IP54 rating, this actuator provides protection against dust and water splashes, which is essential in many operational settings. It remains functional in temperatures from -18°C to 50°C, and in storage conditions from -30°C to 50°C. The actuator can withstand humidity between 5% and 95%, without condensing conditions impacting operation.

The BM060-TK6 actuator's power consumption peaks at 31 VA, with consumption rated at 16 Watts while running and only 2 Watts at rest. Multiple control signals are supported, including 4-20mA, 0-10 Volts DC, 2-10 Volts DC (default), as well as 24 Volts AC floating. Feedback can be provided via a 4-20 mA (default) or 2-10 Volts DC signal.

Additionally, the actuator allows an adjustable rotation angle between 0 to 90°, with a running time of just 3.5 seconds required for a complete 90° rotation. It is rated for a duty cycle of up to 100,000 full cycles and can manage up to 1,500,000 repositionings, making it suitable for extensive use in demanding applications.
