Operationally, the valve has an opening point temperature range between 24°C and 57°C cross ambient, while capable of withstanding a maximum bulb temperature of 11°C above the specified range. The maximum temperature for water flowing through the valve is 77°C, and it can tolerate supply pressures of up to 150 psig (1,034 kPa).
