The Lenze E82ZAFLC is a communication module that provides essential connectivity for various devices in industrial environments. It employs a plug terminal design with spring connections, facilitating efficient setup and modification. For effective data exchange, the E82ZAFLC utilizes RS485 communication profiles with support for LECOM-B, ensuring stable connections at different baud rates, including 1 kbps, 50 kbps, 125 kbps, 250 kbps, and 500 kbps. This module can achieve a cable length of up to 1,000 meters (3,280 feet), depending on the selected baud rate and cable type, allowing system design flexibility.

This device supports multiple network topologies, including line configurations without repeaters or line and tree networks when repeaters are integrated. The maximum number of devices linked through this module, including the host system, is capped at 32, while it can accommodate up to 90 slave devices when repeaters are used.

Additionally, the E82ZAFLC module includes two LED indicators to provide real-time feedback on communication status.
