It was designed to count pulses for Mitsubishi MELSEC A series CPU modules. The A1SD61 high-speed counter module can count 1-phase pulse inputs and 2-phase pulse inputs. It can support a maximum pulse counting speed of 10kpps or 50kpps, and the users can set its maximum pulse counting speed with a selection pin. Multiple A1SD61 high-speed counter modules can be connected to the same CPU module as long as the number of I/O points on the CPU module is not exceeded. The A1SD61 high-speed counter module occupies 32 I/O points when it is installed. This module can support voltage signal levels of 5 Volts DC, 12 Volts DC, or 24 Volts DC, and it can support current signal levels of 2 to 5 mA.
