A1SY18A

The A1SY18A module is an output module that was manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric as part of the MELSEC-A series and the AnS product line. It is an AC/DC type of output unit specifically designed to operate with 8 contact outputs that have Normally Open (NO) contacts. These 8 contact outputs are used to control various devices and application processes in industrial automation applications in MELSEC-A programmable controller series. The A1SY18A output module’s 8 outputs are all independent. There is no common terminal arrangement in the A1SY18A output module. This output module supports a minimum switching load rating of 5 Volts DC and 1 mA. It also supports a maximum switching voltage rating of 264 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC. The A1SY18A output module has an OFF to ON response time rating of 10 ms or less. It also has an ON to OFF response time rating of 12 ms or less. Its mechanical service life rating is 20 million times or more. The A1SY18A output module supports a maximum switching frequency rating of 3600 times per hour. It does not include a fuse or a surge absorber. The A1SY18A output module supports external connections through its 20-point terminal block connector. At 5 Volts DC with all of the outputs powered ON, its internal current consumption rating is 240 mA. The A1SY18A output module supports an external power supply current rating of 75 mA at 24 Volts DC with all 8 outputs powered ON. Its external power supply voltage rating is 24 Volts DC, +/-10%.
