The program capacity for both the main sequence and sub-sequence programs is capped at 30,000 steps each, while it allows for 58,000 steps in microcomputer programs. Processing speeds for sequence instructions depend on the mode; direct mode operates at 0.2 to 0.2 microseconds per step, whereas refresh mode operates from 0.2 to 0.4 microseconds per step.
