The A8NEIP-2P communication module, manufactured by Mitsubishi, facilitates EtherNet/IP connectivity. With two Ethernet ports capable of 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX connections, this module ensures reliable communication across industrial networks. Its internal switch allows for daisy chain support, enhancing network design flexibility.

This unit is compliant with the AC/DC drive profile, making it suitable for various applications. It meets ODVA CT10 standards, which certifies its interoperability within the network. The device level ring (DLR) is supported, offering redundancy and increasing network reliability.

Additional features include a built-in FTP server and web server, providing convenient accessibility for users. The Ethernet interface supports both full and half duplex at speeds of 10/100 Mbit. It also supports Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) for enhanced operational capabilities and has features like IP conflict detection to prevent address conflicts in the network.

For grounding purposes, there is a PE plate connected to the inverter frame. The module operates effectively in a temperature range from -10°C to +50°C and is designed to endure shocks rated at 147 m/s² across the XYZ axes, ensuring durability in demanding industrial environments.
