The Mitsubishi AJ71UC24 module is a MELSEC-A series computer link module that was designed to establish robust communication between MELSEC-A programmable controllers and computers in industrial settings. This module offers versatile interface options, including an RS-232C interface and an RS-422/485 interface for ensuring compatibility with a range of devices. For transmission through the RS-232C interface, the AJ71UC24 module supports a dedicated protocol and half-duplex communication option or a no protocol/bi-directional full-duplex or half-duplex communication option. Similarly, the transmission options for the RS-422/485 interface include a dedicated protocol and half-duplex communication option, a no protocol/bi-directional 1:1 connection option, a full-duplex communication method, and 1:n and m:n half-duplex communication methods.
