AX41-S1

The Mitsubishi AX41-S1 MELSEC-A series input module is a versatile DC sink loading input module designed with 32 input points. It uses a photocoupler insulation system. The AX41-S1 input module accepts input voltage ratings of either 12 V DC or 24 V DC, and this allows it to accommodate various power supply configurations. The input current rating for the AX41-S1 input module is rated at 4 mA (at 12 V DC) or 10 mA (at 24 V DC), ensuring efficient and precise operation. The AX41-S1 input module’s OFF to ON response time rating is 0.1 ms or less, and its ON to OFF response time rating is 0.2 ms or less. The module’s approximate input resistance rating is 2.4 kilohms. The AX41-S1 input module is equipped with LEDs for indicating the status of each of its inputs, enabling the users to monitor the status of each of the input points at a glance. For ease of use and installation, the AX41-S1 module features a 38-point terminal block connection option. The 32 inputs on the module are arranged into groups of 8 points per common, which streamlines the wiring process and reduces system complexity. This arrangement also promotes an organized setup, especially in applications that require numerous active input points. Up to 60% of the module’s inputs can be powered ON at the same time (5 points per common).
