The Mitsubishi E150 terminal is an E series operator interface terminal designed to provide efficient control for industrial machines and systems in various settings. The front panel of the terminal measures 142 x 100 x 3.5 mm (WxHxD), and the terminal’s mounting depth is 29 mm excluding the D-sub and 96.5 mm with the D-sub. The E150 terminal's front panel has an IP65, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X-rated seal (for indoor use only) to protect it from dust. The rear panel has an IP20-rated seal. The E150 terminal’s keyboard is a membrane keyboard with polyester snap discs, and it is covered by an Autotex F207 overlay film with print on the reverse side. This keyboard can support 1 million operations. The E150 terminal weighs 0.5 kg, excluding the D-sub. It features a 25-pin D-sub contact or connector for its RS-422 serial port and a 9-pin D-sub contact or connector for its RS-232C serial port. The E150 terminal's memory capacity includes 64 KB of flash memory for applications. The STN-LCD display can show 2 lines of 20 characters with a 5 mm character height, and its LED backlight has a lifetime rating of 50,000 hours at an ambient temperature rating of +25°C. The active display area measures 73.5 x 11.5 mm. The display's contrast can be adjusted through a potentiometer located at the top right corner of the terminal's back panel. When operating on a supply voltage rating of +5 VDC (+/-5%), the E150 terminal draws a maximum current rating of 200 mA. The E150 terminal operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 50°C and can be stored at temperatures between -20 and 70°C. With a maximum relative humidity rating of 85%, non-condensing, the Mitsubishi E150 operator terminal is designed to deliver reliable performance in a variety of operating conditions.
