The Mitsubishi F940GOT-SWD-E is a sophisticated Graphic Operation Terminal, commonly referred to as a GOT. This unit is suitable for environments needing a temperature range from 0 to 50°C. It can operate in humidity levels between 35% and 85% RH without condensation.

With a protective structure equivalent to IP65f, this terminal is shielded from dust and splashing water, making it fit for numerous industrial settings. The communication capabilities include one RS-422 and one RS-232C port, ensuring versatile connectivity.

The display utilized in this GOT is a STN type full dot matrix LCD, which can present images in 8 different colors. It features a dot pitch of 0.36 × 0.36 mm, providing clarity and precision in visual output. The expected lifespan of the LCD is around 50,000 hours when maintained at 25°C with normal humidity.

For data storage and user applications, it includes a 512 KB flash memory. Powering this terminal requires a supply voltage of 24V DC with a tolerance of ±10% to ±15%. In backlight-off scenarios, current consumption is rated at 410 mA. A built-in, irreplaceable fuse provides additional safety to this device.

The system is designed to resume operation within 5 milliseconds after a momentary power failure, ensuring minimal disruption in processes. Additionally, it incorporates a built-in lithium battery (PM-20BL), which has an estimated life of about 5 years, ensuring reliability in operational settings.
