This inverter integrates a DC dynamic brake with customizable settings for frequency (from 0 to 120Hz), time (0 to 10 seconds), and voltage (up to 30%). When it comes to overload protection, the device can sustain 150% of its rated capacity for 60 seconds and 200% for a brief 0.5 seconds with an inverse-time response. A forced air cooling system is employed, allowing effective thermal management during use.

The FR-A540-1.5K is suitable for motors up to 1.5 kilowatts and has a rated capacity of 3 kilovolt-amperes with a rated current of 4 amperes. The device guarantees frequency accuracy with an impressive %±0.2% tolerance at 25°C for analog input, while digital input boasts an even tighter specification of ±0.01%.

Users can adjust the base frequency of the inverter between 0 and 400Hz, with options for either constant or variable torque modes. Starting torque is notable, reaching 150% at 0.5Hz thanks to advanced magnetic flux vector control. Manual torque boost configurations are also available.

In terms of acceleration and deceleration, the inverter allows users to set these parameters anywhere from 0 to 3600 seconds with options for linear or S-curve characteristics.
