Designed to handle significant temporary loads, the FR-A540-1.5K-EC offers an overload capacity rated at 150% for 60 seconds and can withstand peaks up to 200% for quick bursts lasting 0.5 seconds. It operates under 3-phase input with voltage levels from 380 to 480 volts and supports a 50 or 60 Hz frequency.

The precision of frequency control in this device is noteworthy. The analog frequency accuracy is ±0.2%, with even tighter control at ±0.01% for digital inputs. Additionally, it supports configurable V/F characteristics for usage across a frequency range of 0 to 400 Hz, suitable for both constant and variable torque applications.

Starting torque performance reaches 150% at 0.5 Hz. An adjustable torque boost option is included for enhanced performance. The FR-A540-1.5K-EC also enables linear or S-curve acceleration and deceleration profiles over 3600 seconds.

For braking requirements, this inverter comes with an adjustable DC brake function, allowing configuration of frequency (0-120 Hz), duration (0-10 seconds), and voltage drop (0-30%). Cooling is managed via a forced air system to enhance operational reliability.

Protection ratings are IP20 for enclosed installations and IP00 for open systems, ensuring the inverter maintains durability in various environments. The operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C for constant torque applications and limits to -10°C to 40°C for variable torque operations.
