FX-48MR-DS

The FX-48MR-DS from Mitsubishi's FX Series is a mixed digital I/O module designed for versatile applications in control systems. This unit allows for 24 input points operating at 24 V DC, making it suitable for various digital input tasks. Each input point is connected through a removable terminal block secured with M3 screws, promoting easy installation and maintenance.

The module supports both sink and source input types, which enhances its flexibility in different wiring configurations. OFF input current is limited to ≤ 1.5 mA, ensuring minimal energy consumption when not active. Input isolation is provided by a photocoupler, which helps protect the circuitry. Each input point features an LED indicator that illuminates when the input is active, providing immediate feedback on the state of each input.

In addition to its input capabilities, the FX-48MR-DS includes 24 output points configured as relay contacts (NO). The output section is also connected via a removable terminal block with M3 screws, ensuring straightforward connections. The outputs can handle voltages of up to 30 V DC or 240 V AC, accommodating a variety of devices. Both the input and output sections share an approximate response time of 10 ms, facilitating effective control actions within the system. External power supplies for this module can reach up to 240 V AC or 30 V DC, empowering its performance in different system setups.
