The FX2N-16-MS, a mixed AC digital I/O module from the Mitsubishi FX Series, offers versatile input and output capabilities. It features eight digital inputs designed for 24V DC signals and eight outputs utilizing AC Triac technology, making it suitable for varied automation tasks. This module manages an input voltage of 24V DC while operating effectively across an AC voltage range of 100V to 240V.

Regarding operational resilience, the FX2N-16-MS demonstrates a quick power break reset capability, managing recoveries in a maximum of 10 milliseconds after brief interruptions. The module is equipped with a 250V, 5A power supply fuse for added safety and can provide a sensor service supply output of 24V DC at 250mA from the main unit.

The module is suitable for a wide temperature spectrum, functioning correctly between 0°C and 55°C and maintaining performance in storage conditions of -20°C to 70°C. Its design optimizes vibration resistance up to 10 to 55 Hz at 0.5mm and can withstand shocks up to 10G across three axes. Insulation resistance is rated at a minimum of 5 MΩ when measured at 500V DC, ensuring robust operation in various environments.

Noise immunity is particularly noteworthy, rated at 1000V peak-to-peak against interference at 30-100Hz, which maintains stability within noisy operational conditions.
