The FX2N128MRES100 mixed digital input/output module from Mitsubishi's FX Series is engineered for versatile automation tasks. This unit operates efficiently on a power supply voltage range of 100–240V AC, which includes a tolerance of ±10% / -15% and supports both 50 and 60 Hz frequencies.

When starting up, the module experiences inrush currents of 40 amps for voltages of 100V AC and 60 amps for 200V AC, both within 5 milliseconds, ensuring robust performance while minimizing system stress. It can tolerate brief power interruptions, with a momentary power failure tolerance of up to 10 milliseconds. An external 24V DC power supply is allowed to support internal operations, requiring 460 mA.

This module integrates 128 input/output points, comprised of 64 digital inputs and 64 digital outputs. The outputs utilize relay contacts, specifically the normally open (NO) type, to facilitate effective control within the designated industrial environment. The input response time is notably fast, at 1 millisecond, allowing for high-speed data acquisition, whereas the output response time is recorded at 10 milliseconds.

Designed to perform optimally in conditions ranging from 0°C to 55°C, this module is suitable for various applications where temperature variation is a factor, enhancing its usability across different operational scenarios.
