Mitsubishi's GT1030-HWDW-K Graphic Operation Terminal is engineered for intuitive human-machine interface applications. The terminal measures 4.5 inches diagonally and boasts a horizontal resolution of 288 x 96 pixels. Users can expect a monochrome display featuring black-and-white visuals, ensuring clear readability under various conditions.

The touch keys are designed with 16 x 16 pixels, allowing for up to 50 interactive keys per screen. The device incorporates adjustable settings for contrast and brightness, offering 16 levels of contrast control and 8 levels of brightness adjustment to accommodate different lighting environments. With a maximum LCD brightness of 500 cd/m² in white, visibility remains high even in bright settings.

An LED backlight enhances the display and can glow in the colors white, red, and pink, providing flexibility for different user preferences. The expected display lifetime is around 50,000 hours at 25°C, maintaining functionality while dimming to 1/5 brightness over time.

Internally, the terminal contains 1.5 MB of flash memory to store the operating system and project data. Secondary SRAM is available to log alarm history, manage recipes, and store timed settings. It supports communication with PLCs via an RS-422 interface at speeds of up to 115,200 bps using a 9-pin connector. Additionally, the terminal can connect to PCs through an RS-232 interface, which also supports speeds of 115,200 bps using a 6-pin MINI DIN (Female) connector.
