Mitsubishi's GT1045-QSBD-K from the GOT1000 series is engineered for efficient operation as a graphic operation terminal. This device features an STN color LCD with a brightness rating of 150 cd/m², ensuring effective display performance across diverse lighting environments. The screen measures 4.7 inches with display dimensions of 96 mm by 72 mm, presenting a resolution of 320 by 240 pixels. To accommodate different viewing preferences, the display allows angles of 50° left and right, 40° at the top, and 70° at the bottom.

Designed for ease of use, the terminal incorporates a matrix resistive touchscreen that comes with 50 keys for input, facilitating intuitive operation. The unit also offers ample memory, including a 3MB flash storage alongside internal SRAM. It supports a character display capacity of either 40 x 15 using 16-dot characters or 53 x 20 using 12-dot characters, thus expanding the information display capability.
