A sampling cycle of 500 milliseconds for all channels ensures timely data acquisition, which is critical for effective temperature management.

The module’s input impedance is high, at 1 MΩ, which helps minimize signal loss. Users can adjust the input filter between 0 and 100 seconds, allowing optimization based on specific application requirements. Sensor correction is also possible, enabling adjustments from -50.00% to 50.00%, thus enhancing measurement accuracy.

In terms of control, this module employs PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) algorithms with functionalities for ON/OFF pulse control. The proportional band (P) can be set from 0.0% to 1000.0%. At the same time, integral time (I) and derivative time (D) can be adjusted from 1 second up to 3600 seconds, providing extensive flexibility for process tuning.

Each channel can handle a maximum load current of 0.4 A, with a voltage drop of 1.0 V DC when activated. The response time is also remarkably quick, at 2 milliseconds or less, ensuring swift control actions. Isolation is achieved through transformer-based methods, enhancing system safety.
