The Mitsubishi QD75M1 is a positioning module integral to the Melsec-Q series. It provides several control options, including Point-to-Point (PTP) control, path control (with functionalities for linear, circular, and helical movements), and speed control variations. The module allows for switching between speed, position, and various control units such as mm, inch, degree, and pulse.

Designed to control one axis, the QD75M1 does not include an interpolation function. It can save substantial data with flash ROM, enabling battery-less parameters backup, positioning data, and block start data. The device supports up to 600 data points per axis that can be configured using either a peripheral device or a sequence program.

Connectivity is facilitated through a reliable 40-pin connector, supporting a maximum SSCNET cable length of 30 meters. It consumes an internal current of 0.40 A at 5VDC. The flash ROM allows for a write count of up to 100,000 times, providing durability for extensive operation.

For I/O management, the module occupies 32 points with an intelligent I/O assignment. The unit's dimensions are compact, measuring 98 mm in height, 27.4 mm in width, and 90 mm in depth, and it has a lightweight design at 0.15 kg, making it ideal for integration in various applications.
