Mitsubishi manufactured HC-UF43 AC brushless rotary servo motor is a small-capacity, flat-type MELSERVO sequencing servo motor developed for various general-purpose industrial applications. It functions reliably in small-capacity motor applications, with a power output of 0.4 kilowatts (kW) and a rated torque value of 1.3 Nm (maximum 3.8Nm). It comes with a straight shaft, a built-in absolute feedback encoder of 17-bit (equivalent to 131072ppr), and its moment of inertia is 0.0000365kg.m2 (0.365kg.cm2). The motor's rated speed is 3000 revolutions per minute, allowing for quick and precise placement. The highest speed rating of the HC-UF43 servo motor is 4500 rev/min, allowing it to offer high-speed performance when required, which qualifies it for applications requiring rapid and dynamic motions. The HC-UF43 servo motor lacks an electromagnetic (E/M) brake and any other incorporated braking mechanism; it can be used in applications that do not require precision stopping or holding functions or use an external brake system. The HC-UF43 servo motor has a typical straight shaft configuration that lacks a keyway or a key. The HC-UF43 servo motor is generally equipped with an oil seal to protect it from oil during operation. It is protected from dust and water sprays from any direction by an enclosure with an IP65 rating; the enclosure is fully enclosed, self-contained, and uses an 80x80 mm flange mounting option.
