MR-H11KAN

Mitsubishi’s MR-H11KAN servo drive belongs to the MELSERVO MR-H series, known for its reliability and performance. Delivering an impressive power output of 11 kW, this drive is designed to accommodate a 200V AC input voltage. It supports both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequencies, enabling it to fit into various electrical environments easily.

The unit has a current rating of 60A and utilizes a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control method for dynamic response and accuracy in motor control. Feedback is given through an incremental encoder, ensuring real-time monitoring of position and speed. An important feature of the MR-H11KAN is its overload capacity, allowing it to handle 150% of its rated capacity for a duration of one minute—ideal for applications that require short bursts of extra power.

Thermal management is addressed with a forced air cooling method, ensuring the drive remains within safe operating temperatures. The built-in protection mechanisms include motor overheat protection, stall prevention, and brake transistor protection, contributing to the system's longevity.

For easy integration into existing setups, this servo drive features an RS-232C communication interface. Operating conditions allow for an ambient temperature range from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius, and humidity should be maintained at 90% or less, avoiding condensation. With a weight of approximately 10 kg, the MR-H11KAN is compact, measuring 380 mm in height, 200 mm in width, and 150 mm in depth, making it suitable for various installations.
