The MR-J2M-P8B interface module by Mitsubishi is an essential component that links the MR-J2M series with designated drive and base units. Designed for compatibility, it works with MR-J2M-xDU drive units and MR-J2M-BUx base units, as well as HC-KFS, HC-MFS, and HC-UFS servo motors. Its design facilitates a seamless connection, enhancing the performance of compatible systems.

This module provides one channel each for SSCNET and RS-232C interfaces, ensuring efficient communication between devices. For safety and operational control, it is equipped with a forced stop digital input and an electromagnetic brake sequence digital output. Additionally, the module incorporates three analog monitor channels for real-time performance observation.

With an ingress protection rating of IP00, the module does not have any specific environmental sealing. It operates at a rated power of 75 watts and accepts an AC input voltage range from 200 to 230 volts AC in a two-phase configuration. Designed to accommodate a frequency of either 50 or 60 hertz, it also offers DC output voltages of 5, 12, and 20 volts, supporting various applications. The output current ratings are 4.6, 1.2, and 0.7 amps, respectively, providing sufficient power for different functionalities.
