The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-20A MELSERVO-J2 Super series servo amplifier was designed to provide efficient servo motor control for servo motors in various industrial applications. It operates with an output power rating of 0.2 kW. The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier supports 1-phase and 3-phase power supply voltage. It can operate with a 1-phase 230VAC power supply voltage rating and a frequency rating of 50/60Hz, or with a 3-phase 200-230VAC power supply voltage rating and a frequency rating of 50/60Hz. It also tolerates frequency fluctuations within +/-5%, ensuring consistent performance. The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier supports a sine-wave PWM control system and a current control system to ensure smooth operation. It includes a built-in dynamic brake that enhances its control capabilities. The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier’s position control mode supports a maximum input pulse frequency rating of 500kpps for a differential receiver, and 200kpps for an open collector setup The position control mode also incorporates an in-position range setting of 0 to +/-10000 pulses in command pulse units. The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier also supports an error excessive rating of 2.5 revolutions and offers torque limit control through parameter settings or an external analog input option (0 to +10VDC/maximum torque). The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier’s speed control range spans from 1 to 2000 RPM for the analog speed command and from 1 to 5000 RPM for the internal speed command. The MR-J2S-20A servo amplifier supports an analog speed command input range of 0 to +/-10VDC/rated speed.
