MR-J2S-500A

The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-500A servo amplifier is a MELSERVO-J2 Super series servo amplifier that was designed to provide precise servo motor control in industrial applications. Its power supply voltage range is 200 to 230VAC (3-phase) at 50/60 Hz, with a permissible voltage fluctuation range of 170 to 253VAC (3-phase) and a permissible frequency fluctuation range of +/-5%. The MR-J2S-500A servo amplifier supports a sine-wave PWM control and current control system for smooth and accurate performance. It comes equipped with a built-in dynamic brake that adds to its control capabilities. In the position control mode, it supports a maximum input pulse frequency of 500 kpps for a differential receiver and 200 kpps for the open collector. The command pulse multiplying factor is governed by an electronic gear, while the in-position range can be set from 0 to 10000 pulses in command pulse units. The MR-J2S-500A supports a maximum error allowance rating of 2.5 revolutions. For speed control, the MR-J2S-500A servo amplifier supports an extensive analog speed command range of 1:2000 and an internal speed command range of 1:5000. The speed fluctuation ratio is +/-0.01% or less for load fluctuations of 0 to 100%, 0% for power fluctuations of 10%, and +/-0.2% or less at an ambient temperature of 25°C (59 to 95°F) when using the analog speed command. The torque control mode, which features analog torque command input from 0 to 8VDC, offers fine-tuned control capabilities. Speed limits can be set through parameter configuration or external analog input (0 to 10VDC) for rated speed. The MR-J2S-500A has a force-cooling and open structure, and it weighs 4.9 kg or 10.8 lbs.
