It establishes a reliable connection with a servo system controller via a durable serial bus (SSCNET), ensuring precise & faultless functioning based on position data. To protect the power transistor in the main circuit against damage from excessive power, a clamp circuit imposes a dynamic torque threshold during abrupt accelerations, overloads, or decelerations. The amplifier adeptly translates control module inputs, synchronizing servo motors' speed & rotation for intricate & high-precision positioning requirements. The ability to adjust this torque limit value through analog inputs or settings underscores its adaptability. This software facilitates parameter customization, diagnostic checks, real-time system monitoring, & dynamic gain fine-tuning. Notably, the Mitsubishi Electric MR-J2S-70B offers enhanced control accuracy compared to its predecessor, the MELSERVO-J2, thanks to an inherent absolute position encoder boasting an impressive 131072 pulses/revolution resolution. This innovation negates the need for alarm-triggered or power-on home position returns, greatly improving productivity & minimizing disruptions. Designed to suit a wide range of industrial settings, the amplifier can operate on either a three(03)-phase (200 Volts of Alternate Current) or single-phase (230 Volts of Alternate Current) power supply with a 50/60 Hertz frequency span. The MR-J2S-70B deploys a sinusoidal PWM control/current control mechanism, enabling a speed frequency response of 550 Hertz or beyond. The RS-232C serial connectivity of this version simplifies the use of Mitsubishi Electric's MR Customization software.
