The Mitsubishi MR-J60A is a general-purpose interface AC servo module designed for precise and reliable control in various industrial applications. It features a built-in regenerative resistor. The module operates on a power supply of 1-phase 200 V AC to 240 V AC, with a rated 3-phase 170 V AC. It can tolerate permissible voltage fluctuations of 3-phase or 1-phase 170 V AC to 264 V AC and permissible frequency fluctuations within ±5%, providing stability in voltage variations. Since it has a dynamic brake built-in, the MR-J60A efficiently controls motor speed and helps to stop the motor quickly and smoothly. The communication function includes RS-422/RS-485 and USB interfaces. The module features two channels for analogue monitoring, allowing precise monitoring of servo motor performance. The maximum input pulse frequency is 4 Mpulses/s (for differential receiver) or 200 kpulses/s (for open collector). Positioning feedback pulse resolution is set at 131072 pulses per servo motor revolution, providing high precision in positioning control. The module supports electronic gear with a multiplying factor range of A:1 to 16777215 and B:1 to 16777215. For torque control, the MR-J60A allows setting torque limits through parameter settings or external analogue input. The speed control range is 1:2000 for analogue speed command and 1:5000 for internal speed command. The operating temperature range is 0 °C to 55 °C (non-freezing), and the storage temperature range is -20 °C to 65 °C (non-freezing). The module is designed to resist vibration with 5.9 m/s² at 10 Hz to 55 Hz in the X, Y, and Z axes.
