Mitsubishi Electric engineered and produced the MR-J3-100A is a servo drive/amplifier; it belongs to the MELSERVO J3 series of components. It is developed to give servo motors excellent control and drive capabilities in diverse industrial applications. The servo amplifier's inverse efficiency is reported as 80%, demonstrating the efficiency of transferring electrical input power to mechanical output power. The MR-J3-100A includes a fuse rated at 300VAC and 20 amps for overcurrent protection. The capacitors must be discharged after 5 minutes for safe maintenance and servicing processes.
