The Mitsubishi MRS1200 servo amplifier is engineered for dual-axis applications and is an integral part of the MELSERVO MR-S series. This unit weighs approximately 22.05 pounds (10 kilograms), making it manageable for integration into control systems. Designed to operate on a rated supply voltage range of 200 to 220 volts AC, it employs a 3-phase input configuration.

Equipped with a transistor inverter as its main circuit method, the MRS1200 provides a torque limit range from 0% to 100%, facilitating fine-tuning of motor response. It utilizes a sine wave Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) system for controlling motor operations with high precision and minimal noise.

This servo amplifier is rated for an output voltage of 155 volts and has a permissible load inertia of 2.5 times or less the motor inertia, ensuring compatibility with various motor types. The power line frequency can operate within 50 to 60 Hertz, adapting to common industrial standards.

Engineered to withstand environmental challenges, the MRS1200 exhibits vibration resistance of approximately 1 G in all three axes. It functions effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 55°C and is tolerant of relative humidity levels up to 90%, maintaining reliability in a variety of settings. For storage, it can withstand temperatures between -50 to 70°C in non-condensing conditions.
