Omron’s 3G3JV-AB2022 offers precise control over frequency settings, with a practical resolution of 0.1 Hz for lower frequencies and 1 Hz for higher ones. It is rated for single-phase input voltages between 200 and 230V AC, and it outputs a three-phase voltage in the same range, facilitating robust application in demanding motor control situations.

The unit is built to handle an extensive frequency range, allowing adjustment from 0.1 Hz to a maximum of 400 Hz. With a precision rate of ±0.01% for digital references and ±0.5% for analog references, it ensures a high degree of accuracy in operation. In addition, this module features an output frequency resolution capability of 0.01 Hz, enhancing fine-tuning for various applications.

Designed with a sine wave PWM control method, the device also operates with a carrier frequency adjustable between 2.5 kHz and 10 kHz. It can manage overload situations effectively, capable of sustaining up to 150% of the rated output current for one minute, ideal for startup conditions or transient loads.

For user convenience, it allows external frequency set signals via options including 0 to 10 V DC or current configurations of 4 to 20 mA and 0 to 20 mA. The configurable acceleration and deceleration times span from 0.0 to 999 seconds, providing flexibility in operation.

The Omron 3G3JV-AB2022 is also characterized by an approximate braking torque of 20%. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, which ensures reliability in various environments. This module is particularly valuable in applications that demand high-precision control and flexibility in frequency adjustment.
