C200HG-CPU33-E

Designed by Omron, the C200HG-CPU33-E is a CPU unit in the C200H series optimized for industrial control applications. It employs a ladder diagram for programming, which facilitates user-friendly development. This device provides a program capacity of up to 7.2K words, paired with a user program capacity of 15.2K words. Utilization of cyclic scan coupled with immediate processing offers efficient I/O control. The structure allows for a substantial number of I/O points—880 in total—enabling broad application in systems with dense control requirements.

For instruction processing, each instruction can range from 1 to 4 words with an addressing scheme of 1 address per instruction. Status is visually monitored through built-in LED indicators. The unit has the ability to connect to high-density I/O units, with support for 10 total units and up to 5 units of 64 points each, offering great flexibility in expansion. Although the C200HG-CPU33-E lacks an RS-232C communication port, it still includes a communication board to facilitate network integration.

Data memory is configured at 6K words in a single bank, providing adequate space for necessary processing. The capacity for expansion with a maximum of two racks enables further scalability of the system to meet growing operational demands.
