EPM-S202

The EPM-S202 from Lenze is a digital input module designed to interface with various automation systems. It operates with a supply voltage of 24 V DC, supplying eight distinct digital inputs. Each input can register 0 to 5 V as a low signal and 15 to 28.8 V as a high signal. It incorporates an input filter delay time of 3 milliseconds to mitigate noise, ensuring reliable operation in fluctuating electrical environments.

Monitoring the module's status is straightforward, thanks to an LED indicator for each channel, allowing users to assess input conditions quickly. In terms of communication, this module has a width of 8 bits in the input process image, though this is reduced to 4 bits when used with the bus coupler EPM-S110, highlighting versatility in system design.

The module is physically compact, measuring 100 mm in width, 12.5 mm in height, and 8.6 mm in depth. With a temperature tolerance ranging from 0 °C to 60 °C, the EPM-S202 is appropriate for various industrial applications.
