Omron's R7D-ZP04H is a versatile servo driver engineered to meet rigorous operational demands. It functions on a single-phase power source ranging from 200 to 230 volts AC, with an acceptable variation between 170 to 253 volts, running at 50 or 60 Hz.

This device provides a continuous output current of 2.0 amperes, which can momentarily reach up to 6.0 amperes. It is optimized for motors with capacities up to 400 watts and is specifically designed to pair with the R7M-Z40030-S1 servomotor.

The R7D-ZP04H leverages all-digital operation for precise control and employs PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology integrated with IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology. This allows for reliable performance at a maximum command pulse response frequency of 750 kilo pulses per second.

It features a vibration resistance tolerance ranging from 10 to 55 Hz for physical robustness across all axes, with a maximum vibration level of 4.9 m/s². Regarding impact resistance, the driver withstands up to 19.6 m/s² acceleration on each axis and is tested thrice for repeated impacts. With an IP10 degree of protection, it is suitable for enclosed panel installations, ensuring durability in operational environments. At approximately 0.5 kilograms in weight, this unit strikes a balance between performance and manageable installation.
