The Schneider Electric HMIBUFND2P01, part of the Harmony iPC series, is designed for efficient data handling in demanding environments. This controller features a 60 GB Flash disk SSD using MLC technology, proven to endure up to 2,000,000 operational hours, which enhances data integrity and access speed.

Connectivity is versatile with support for Ethernet standards, including 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, and 1000BASE-T, ideal for various networking needs in industrial setups. With 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, the internal memory of this device provides sufficient performance, though it is not expandable. Designed to fit into modern control architectures, it includes one PCI slot and a PCI Express 4x slot, allowing for additional cards to meet specific application requirements.

This model operates without a fan, thus preventing dust accumulation and minimizing maintenance, making it particularly suitable for environments where cooling airflow might be limited. It operates on a rated supply voltage of 24 V DC with acceptable voltage limits from 18 to 30 V and can handle a rated current of 6 A, with peak inrush currents not exceeding 7 A. The physical dimensions include a height of 270 mm and a width of 260 mm.

In accordance with the standards outlined in EN 61131-2 Ed.3, the HMIBUFND2P01 is rated for Pollution Degree 2 and is capable of functioning at altitudes up to 2000 meters, ensuring it can be utilized effectively across a range of industrial conditions.
