The LRD350 overload relay by Schneider Electric serves a critical role in motor protection. It is capable of adjusting thermal protection settings within the range of 37 to 50 amperes. With insulation voltage ratings reaching up to 600V and 690V, this relay is engineered for robust performance. It operates within a frequency spectrum of 0 to 400 Hz, which adds to its versatility in various applications.

Mounting the relay is straightforward, as it can be affixed to either a plate or rail, allowing for flexible installation solutions. The relay also includes auxiliary contacts, featuring one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) configuration, facilitating effective integration into control circuits.

For current handling, the conventional free air thermal current is rated at 5 A with a permissible current rating of 0.95 A and 0.06 A for its auxiliary contacts. When in operation, the relay can handle voltages of up to 690 V AC, with an associated fuse rating of 4 A for safety. The relay is built to withstand impulse voltages up to 6 kV, enhancing its suitability in demanding environments.

With a compact design, the relay measures 70 mm in height, 123 mm in depth, and 55 mm in width, while its weight is approximately 0.375 kg. The tightening torque requirement for installation ranges between 1.7 Nm and 5 Nm, ensuring secure fitting in any application.
