Suitable for controlling media temperatures ranging from -7°C to 138°C, the valve's body is made from durable cast iron, while its seat and plug are crafted from forged brass. It is also fitted with a stainless steel stem for enhanced durability. The packing material, composed of spring-loaded TFE/EPDM, supports reliable sealing and performance.

This valve operates linearly and has an ANSI pressure class rating of 125 psig, with a maximum rating of 200 psig when temperatures remain below 150°F. A close-off pressure rating of 35 psi (241 kPa) ensures that it can effectively handle various operational conditions. The valve is designed for field-configurable 3-way mixing or diverting action, allowing for customization based on specific application requirements. For actuator compatibility, it works seamlessly with the NSR Forta M1500A actuator when paired with the AV-822 linkage kit.
