This D425 Programmable Motion Controller allows for operation over 16 axes, enhancing the flexibility it offers in automated applications. It supports a variety of drive axis types: up to 6 servo axes, 4 vector axes, and 8 V/f controlled axes.

Equipped with a comprehensive suite of communication options, the device hosts 4 DRIVE-CLIQ ports, 2 PROFIBUS connections, 2 Ethernet ports, 2 USB ports, and accommodates an expansion slot for additional connectivity needs. This ensures robust integration into diverse systems.

The work memory of this controller consists of 48 MB of RAM, which includes 20 MB specifically for Java, facilitating sophisticated application development. User data can be reliably stored on a 300 MB CompactFlash card, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.

It operates on a DC input voltage range between 20.4 and 28.8 VDC, with a typical power draw of 15 watts, allowing it to function effectively within its designated parameters. Its operational temperature range spans from 0 to 55°C, with derating at higher altitudes, ensuring suitability for various environments.
