The Yaskawa RM2-1000 S3X functions as a robust servo-controlled carousel positioner, built to cater to demanding automation requirements. When it comes to welding requirements, it offers dual welding currents of 350 A for continuous operation and 460 A for 60% duty cycles, facilitating significant welding processes across various tasks.

The positioner's fixture gap can be adjusted between 2000 mm and 6500 mm, tailoring it to specific operational requirements, with its total length being the fixture gap added to 1142 mm. During operation, it can index through 180° in about 5 seconds, a commendable speed that increases productivity. The tooling axis exhibits a dynamic torque of approximately 2600 Nm and a maximum speed reaching up to 15 revolutions per minute, enhancing operational efficiency.

Additionally, this model features three independent servo motors to enable intricate movements, ensuring precise control over the rotary actions.
