The Yaskawa RM2-250-SE2 robotic positioner controller is a high-capacity unit intended for precise automation tasks. Capable of handling a standard payload and maximum unbalanced load of 250 kg, this controller is designed for heavy-duty applications. It achieves remarkable accuracy with a position repeatability of ±0.1 mm, making it suitable for intricate operations.

The controller incorporates a powerful 3 kW servo motor that drives three servo axes simultaneously, providing dynamic control across the operational range. With an operating voltage of 230V AC, it is compatible with standard electrical systems. The rotational torque capacity of 1,000 Nm allows it to manage substantial mechanical forces, ensuring reliable performance during heavy-duty tasks.

When rapid positioning is required, the RM2-250-SE2 can reach a 180° index in 2.25 seconds or less, optimizing production efficiency. It accommodates a fixture span of 2.0 m or 3.0 m, offering flexibility in application setups. This positioner is also designed to deliver significant welding output, with a maximum of 2 × 350 A for a 100% duty cycle, and up to 2 × 460 A for a 60% duty cycle, ensuring robust performance in welding operations.
