Within the module, the conductors are crafted from tinned copper to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Designed as a multi-core shielded harness, this cable includes integrated fluid hose capabilities, ensuring comprehensive functionality for robotics applications. The module connects through a circular ERC plug, rated IP67 for exceptional protection against dust and water ingress. It is compatible with U-axis systems, offering an operational voltage of up to 300 V while handling a current rating of 5 A per conductor.

The assembly is also engineered for longevity, boasting a flex life of at least 5 million cycles, making it suitable for dynamic applications. Shielding is provided via a combination of braided copper and foil to minimize interference and enhance signal integrity.
