JZNC-XRK01B

The Yaskawa JZNC-XRK01B, a CPU/controller rack designed for the YASNAC series, effectively supports complex automation tasks. With three backplane slots, it allows for the incorporation of CPUs, communications modules, as well as various I/O option boards, enhancing its team performance. This rack is powered by an alternating current supply rated between 200–230 VAC at either 50 or 60 Hz, catering to different power infrastructures.

To ensure proper function during operation, the rack employs a forced-air cooling system. This cooling provision helps maintain the unit’s efficiency within an operating temperature range of 0 to 45 °C, while addressing environmental conditions without condensation. The approximate weight of the unit stands at 2.5 to 2.6 kg, promoting ease of installation within panel or cabinet racks.

In terms of communication, the rack is equipped with an RS-232 console for convenient interfacing with other devices. The I/O capability of the JZNC-XRK01B is further enhanced through the option to expand using additional I/O cards, thus providing greater flexibility in system configuration. Notably, the system includes a battery-backed feature to retain clock and data information, preventing data loss during power outages.
