The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA01A offers high-performance and advanced technology in a rugged and compact package. With a common design and control interface, it is easy to setup, integrate into the automation system, and maintain. It has a 3-phase input voltage rating of 380-460V at 50-60 Hz. The 1305-BA01A comes with a motor rating of 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) and an output current rating of 1.3A. Set the acceleration at 150% load per 0.1 seconds for a smoother motor speed response, rapid acceleration, and an increased number of cycles per hour.

The 1305-BA01A Variable Speed Drive is a member of the Bulletin 1305 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive Series. It comes with control logic that helps to avoid overcurrent and overvoltage trips – improving overall process efficiency. Using the IGBT technology, the drive can handle fast output transistor switching. Test data shows that 1305 drives provide exceptional torque performance and can deliver when a machine cycle requires high torque at a low speed and this torque performance is maintained throughout the entire speed range.

The carrier frequency of the 1305-BA01A VFD is adjustable in 100-Hz increments. This reduces mechanical resonance and minimizes noise, ensuring quiet operation. It is designed for direct connection with an AC power line. However, because the 1305-BA01A does not feature branch circuitry protection, an AC input line fuse is needed to protect against drive input power malfunction.
