Some of these features include a runtime accumulator, a real-time clock, and a complete encoder interface. The 74103-015-51 has a controlled microprocessor and a field-oriented current loop. It also has a 7.5 to 500 HP four-quadrant operation at a 0-250 HZ constant torque. This drive comes with simplified programming through using a parameter table which shows engineering units with English description. The 74103-015-51 has extensive diagnostics which include both logic board and power structure tests.



The 74103-015-51 microprocessor drive has a warning queue and time stamped non-volatile fault detector. It comes with a high-performance digital velocity loop and non-volatile parameter storage. The 74103-015-51 also has a reference time stamp and multiple communication interfaces. Its structure is enclosed. The torque regulation is from -5% to +5% of the rated motor torque. The 74103-015-51 drive has a flying start feature which makes it capable of starting into a spinning motor. Its speed regulation is up to 0.001% of the top speed. It comes with a power loss ride-thru capability of two seconds. Another feature is its torque linearity of 1%. The 74103-015-51 microprocessor has an adapter board which offers 4 analog inputs with ratings of +/-10V, 4 analog outputs of +/- 10V, +/- 10V reference voltages, and function blocks.
