The 1336 FORCE drive series by Allen-Bradley is a family of high-performance, field-oriented adjustable frequency AC drives that are designed to provide microprocessor control for a wide range of motion control systems. This drive family features built-in fault detection and protective features like stall detection, over-speed detection, ground-fault monitoring, heatsink temperature monitoring, auto DC bus voltage monitoring, peak output current monitoring, and programmable inverter and motor overload protection for enhanced performance and reduced maintenance costs. The 1336 FORCE drives offer 3-phase standalone drives with input voltage ranges from 200 to 600 Volts AC, and power ratings from 134 kVA to 694 kVA. The 1336 FORCE drives are available in 4 different frames with output ratings from 200 to 600 Volts AC and 1 to 650 Horsepower, and output current ratings from 2.56 to 673 Amps. The 1336 FORCE drives feature the high-accuracy field-oriented vector control that is software implemented, in addition to the standard sine-coded Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and current regulated control.
The 1336 FORCE drive series offers speed regulation of up to 0.001% of the top speed and a torque regulation of ±5% of the rated motor torque. They also offer a power ride-through capability of 2 seconds max, the flying start capability, a programmable overload capability of up to 150% of the rated current for 1 minute maximum, a programmable current limiting capability of up to 200% of the rated output current, and programmable acceleration/deceleration times from 0 to 6553 seconds. Standard drive features include a real-time clock, non-volatile internal data storage, a SCANport interface, and simplified programming via the parameter table. The 1336 FORCE drives are also available with options like the analog adapter board, communication adapter board (for PLC communication), dynamic braking, AC motor contactor, and the feedback (Encoder) devices. They are available in IP 00, IP 20 (NEMA Type 1), and IP 65 (NEMA Type 4) rated enclosures, and they are designed for use within a 0 to 50 degrees Celsius temperature range.
