The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency drive is an Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive. This drive is a general-purpose adjustable frequency drive that is used for controlling motors. It can operate with constant torque or with variable torque. The output power rating of the 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 drive is 15 Horsepower for constant torque loads and it is 20 Horsepower for variable torque loads. Its output current ratings for constant torque and variable torque applications are 24.2 Amps and 27 Amps, respectively. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 drive's maximum output voltage rating is 480 Volts AC. It offers an impressive current overload capacity of 150% of the rated output current for the duration of one minute. The rating and overload capacity of the 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 drive is influenced by the altitude of the drive's installation site, its ambient temperature, its carrier frequency, and its voltage rating. In order to operate safely outside of its normal parameters, the drive must have its output derated.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive includes standard Class 10 electronic motor overload protection, and this feature protects the connected motor and extends its operating life. This drive comes with several other built-in protection features such as ground fault protection, transient protection at up to 6 kilovolts, control logic noise immunity at up to 1500 Volts, and phase to phase short circuit protection. An L5 control interface is pre-installed on the 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 drive. This control interface is installed on the drive's TB3 terminal block and it operates at +24 Volts AC/DC. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency  drive can function at ambient temperatures as high as 40 degrees Celsius without needing to be derated. It is protected by an IP 20 rated enclosure.
