The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 adjustable frequency drive is an Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series AC-powered motor control drive. It is used to control 3-phase AC induction motors in industrial applications like applications in conveyors, fans, pumps, and packaging machinery. This drive supports a maximum motor output power rating of 20 Horsepower or 15 kilowatts. The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 drive operates at a 3-phase AC input voltage range of 380 to 480 Volts AC with +/- 10% tolerance at a tolerable input frequency range of 48 to 62 Hertz with +/- 5% tolerance. The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 drive offers different motor speed control modes such as the standard Volts per Hertz control mode and the sensorless vector control mode. The users can choose either control mode depending on their application requirements. The drive’s Volts per Hertz mode can be used in simpler applications, whereas the sensorless vector control mode is better for complex applications that require higher levels of precise motor speed control.
The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive is designed for the digital control of 3-phase AC motors, but it can also handle single-phase AC applications with 50% output derating. This drive is designed to be easy to install, connect, mount, commission, and program. The intuitive keypad provided by the drive-mounted HMI (Human-Machine Interface) module allows the operators to easily program the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 drive with one finger. The HMI also comes with a parameter-uploading and downloading functionality. In addition, there is an analog I/O interface card installed on the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA4 drive that provides an isolated input channel and an isolated output channel that both are configurable. With DIP switches, both analog channels can be set to operate at 0 to 10 Volts or 0 to 20 milliamps.
