The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 1336 PLUS II motor controller is engineered with microprocessor technology and it is manufactured with printed circuit boards that are conformally coated. This conformal coating protects the circuit boards of the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller from corrosion, harsh chemicals, oil, water, and dust. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller is also protected from small amounts of dust by its IP 20 enclosure, but this enclosure is not waterproof or corrosion-resistant and it cannot protect the controller from very high levels of dust. The operators of the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller can program and control it quickly and easily through a human-machine interface with an analog potentiometer. They can also control it through a control interface that has contact closures and 9 programmable inputs. Additionally, the users can connect the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller to another device on the Remote I/O network through its communication card.

The Remote I/O network communication card is connected to the Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 1336 PLUS II motor controller through an adapter that is known as Adapter 6. In addition to hosting several optional interfaces, the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller also features several terminal blocks with different functions. Its TB1 terminal block is the block through which it can be grounded and the block through which its power input and output connections are made. Its TB2 terminal block is the block through which its signal and control wiring connections are made. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller’s TB3 terminal block is the block through which its control interface is connected to it, and its TB4 and TB6 terminal blocks feature auxiliary DC inputs. The TB4 auxiliary input is rated at 24 Volts DC and the TB6 auxiliary input is designed for high-voltage connections. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HAS1-L6-MX3 controller is compatible with most 3-phase motors through either its Volts per Hertz control mode or its sensorless vector control mode.
