The SP-151131 Kit is a base driver board and power supply PCB kit that has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This kit comes as a spare part for the adjustable frequency drives from the 1336 series. This base driver board and power supply PCB kit includes the base driver board which is one of the main circuitry components of the drive. This kit does not come with any kind of enclosure since it is intended to be installed inside the drive, and in this way the kit receives the protection provided by the drive's enclosure. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation SP-151131 Base Driver Board and Power Supply PCB Kit is compatible with the B003 constant torque drives. These drives operate with an input current rating of 46 Amps and a voltage range of 380 to 460 Volts AC.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation SP-151131 Base Driver Board and Power Supply PCB Kit from the 1336 series is the base for the terminal blocks TB4 and TB6. These blocks allow the drive power supplies to be operated from an external voltage source. Externally, the TB4 terminal block can be powered for low voltage, enabling it to operate the drive control functions in the absence of bus voltage. There are specific failures that indicate that the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation SP-151131 Base Driver Board and Power Supply PCB Kit needs to be replaced. One of these failures is the DSP Checksum failure which may also be solved by resetting the drive to the factory defaults or by replacing the gate driver board.
