The 126511 is an armature pulse transformer board from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The board is precisely manufactured to be used in applications that operate at voltages of 300, 230, and 120 Volts DC and have a varying degree of pulse actuation. The casing used by the 126511 is waterproof, making the board suitable to operate in harsh industrial environments. Also, the 126511 accommodates user programming to precisely control the pulse actuation process and or the frequency to attain the desired application output. The 126511 armature pulse board operates within a current range of between 346 and 980 Amps, is capable of handling wide voltage surges and it has a completely adjustable duty cycle which functions at a range of between 10 and 100% upon actuation. To guard the 126511 against extreme voltage surges an inline fuse (rated) can be used.
The armature board is part of the digital DC armature pulse boards from Allen-Bradley. The installation and maintenance of the 126511 board should be done only by qualified technicians who are familiar with the system. Also when installing the 126511 pulse transformer board, all power sources should be de-energized plus internal components like capacitors should be allowed to discharge automatically or else discharged manually. To avoid an electrical short-circuit after maintaining the 126511, bolts, nuts, washers, or any other foreign conductive materials should not be dropped inside the transformer board. Static control measures should be observed since the 126511 contains Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive parts.
