The Allen-Bradley 160-AA04NPS1 is a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) that is part of the 160 SSC Product bulleting of Smart Speed Controller (SSC). This drive family is primarily used for implementing speed control of industrial AC motors. Specific to the 160-AA04NPS1, it mainly features compatibility with an input voltage range of 200-240 VAC, 3-Phase along with an input current of 5.4 Amperes. It has an output voltage of 200-230 VAC, 3-Phase, output current, and power of 4.5 Amperes and 1.0 HP or 0.75 kW, respectively along with a configurable output frequency range of 0-240 Hz. This drive has an Open type or IP20 rated enclosure rated Open (IP20) and is designed to implement speed modulation via preset speed settings. It is a 6-digit, 7 segments LED display with Program Mode Indicator, Five keys for programming and displaying drive parameters, Three keys for control inputs to the drive, and Two directional LED indicators.
